Getting your roof inspected at least twice a year is recommended, especially after a severe weather event such as heavy rainfall and falling trees.
We have many different kinds of materials available such as single-ply and metal retrofits. The best one is dependent on building measurements and the overall needs of the client. Single-ply is our longest-lasting roof with an expected lifespan of 25-40 years.
1. Visible wear and tear: This can include deteriorating seams, deteriorating flashings, and delamination of insulation. This also includes blisters, bubbles, and wrinkles in the material.
2. Leaks and water infiltration: Water stains, dampness, or active leaks inside of the building.
3. Sagging or uneven areas: A sagging roof or areas that are no longer level may indicate structural issues or water damage.
